ASPIRIN Original Strength (325 mg) and ASPIRIN Extra Strength (500 mg) reduce the pain caused from headaches, muscle and joint pain, and body, back and neck pain largely due to the inhibition of prostaglandin production. They also reduce fever.

Products

• ASPIRIN Original Strength (325 mg) is available in uncoated tablets and caplets; 12, 24, 50, 100, or 200 pills per bottle
• ASPIRIN Extra Strength (500 mg) is available in 50 and 100 pills per bottle

Directions for Adults:

• ASPIRIN Original Strength (325 mg): Take 1 or 2 ASPIRIN tablets or caplets with a glass of water every 4 hours as necessary, to a maximum of 12 tablets or caplets daily.
• ASPIRIN Extra Strength (500 mg): Take 1 or 2 ASPIRIN tablets with a glass of water every 4 hours as necessary, to a maximum of 8 tablets daily.
• NOTE: Your doctor may recommend larger doses when needed.
